To create a good atmosphere, good music is the essential tool. When your big day arrives, the group of singers “Live for Christ” is ready to leave you stunned with their voices and guitars.
Keith Florian BURIKUKIYE, one of the singers of the group, tells us “We met in high school at Lycée Du Lac where we did our secondary studies in Modern Literature section. All passionate about music, we often met for smallrehearsals, just for fun. In January 2014, we decided to do something serious and our group Live for Christ was born. After a few months, we had the opportunity to sing at weddings, animate birthdays and other celebrations.Lee Ray and Ising while Avicenna and James work miracles with their guitars”.
Yoyo James says that the group’s finances are not alarming but a rise of their finances would be helpful. “The generosity of some friends allowed us to launch ourselves, create our Facebook page live 4 christ burundi, etc. The gigs we get help to keep the wheel rotating. ”
“LC plans to release its album very soon. We are planning to step up our game and make sure that we produce beautiful music. We want to make certain that our music is played in many places and that we get to play in more important events” assures us Avicenna HOZAGARA.
