This morning, the office of Ethiopian Airlines in Burundi was celebrating 70 years of existence and service of the most dynamic African company on the air transport market. Indeed, the extraordinary success story of Ethiopian Airlines began in the middle of the last century, in April 1946 to be precise.
In his speech, Kinfemichael Shegutie, Ethiopian Airlines Area Manager in Burundi insisted that the success of Ethiopian Airlines is also the success of those faithful and dedicated employees proud to serve the company along those years and of course the travel agencies working together with the company. As for Burundi, he presented two certificates of honors for two iconic employees who served the airline more than30 years.
